I like that I idea for the simple fact that is generally the same concept that I use on a few of my lists; esp my coupon train. It works great.

Also, I am finally back up and running....still have power for now...LOL

It's also really easy to figure out quickly that way if anyone isn't holding up their end of the bargain on sending out cards.

I was trying to figure out the address thing, as well. Since this is a moderated forum, is there any way to do a private posting within the membership?

If not, we might try something like on another site I'm in, which is this: 1) A deadline for signups is set and anyone who replies by that deadline is included in the swap. 2) After the signup deadline, the moderator for the swap e-mails a list of everyone's addresses to each participant. 3) Each participant then has until a certain date in which to mail their cards.

How do we want to proceed?

I'd like to figure out a way to set this up that gets everyone involved each rotation, but isn't expensive (postcards for 50 and stamps would be prohibitive).

Suggestions?

Also, how should we handle addresses, as I imagine many folks may consider theirs private?
